RC Aerial Photos of our field!

I just received this email and had to post it ASAP!

Hi Joe,

My name is Tim Timmons and I just joined the club this month after moving
from Arizona.  I have been doing RC aerial photography for about two years
using a brushless GWS Slowstick.  Today I did a photo shoot at the RC field
and thought you might be interested in the pics for the club website.  Enjoy.

Very nice photo!

This is a super photo of our field.
 Thanks a lot, Tim!

Andy Lunsford, Superintendent of Park Operations, took these photographs
from a helicopter on Tuesday. They were sent to us by head Park Ranger Jon Gamache
that same afternoon. Thanks, Jon!

Now, if we could only get rid of that tree line coming up the middle.......

Were you there? If you saw the helicopter, let us know. Was anyone flying?

This photo was posted much earlier.

This is a great shot of our field. In addition to showing us the general layout of the site, it also points out just how close our neighbors are at the top of the photo. The new development at the top left is even closer. We can't take our use of this great site for granted. Please be considerate of our neighbors and fellow modelers by doing everything possible to keep noise at a minimum. Your webmaster has already heard a club member who lives nearby say he can hear our models when they are flying. You know if you have a loud engine. Please use an effective muffler and lets keep noise complaints a non-issue.

This is a screen shot from the Real Flight R/C Simulator. This was a program Add-on that was made by Jerry McGee. I think it looks pretty good.
The file will only work if you have Real Flight VOL III loaded with your Real Flight G2 software. I think this is available on the
Real flight web site under Airports. Thanks for sending this, Jerry!
