Kettlebell Workshop

Learn how to get a fantastic total body workout with Russian Kettlebells. This two part progressive workshop promises to deliver a challenging, athletic exercise experience.


Class I

The first class will teach you the basic techniques of Kettlebell lifting.
The focus will be on the individual technique, variations and combinations of the following exercises:

The Kettlebell Swing
The Kettlebell Clean
The Kettle Press
The Kettlebell Snatch
The Kettlebell Squat


Class II

This class will teach you to combine many of the techniques learned in class I into dynamic exercises guaranteed to test your level of fitness. Additional exercises will be introduced like:

The Turkish get up
The windmill
Lunges

$8 fee per class for Gym Members
